Hello, 2018! Yes, I am aware that as I type that out, it's already the 23rd day of January. The magical feeling of the new year is fading, and I've been back to reality since the 3rd. But I digress. I told myself that January was for strategic rest and relaxation. I absolutely am a new year's gal. I love fresh starts and the feeling of new beginnings once the clock strikes 12. So here's some of my 2018 goals, resolutions, dreams, plans... whatever you want to call it. I've got lists upon lists in notebooks but here's a *little* piece of what's on the agenda. This is what I'm committing to and I'm writing it down mostly for my own benefit and accountability. So self, here you go. It's gonna be a great year because I will give the world to you.

2018 Goals and Resolutions

What better way to kick off my first post of 2018 by looking back into the past?  I've always believed that in order to move forward, one must always look back. Celebrate it, thank it, take what you've learned from it and power on to a new beginning. This is also a fitting last post on the blog as it is. Starting next week, some pretty epic changes are happening here. 

17 in 2017

Oh hello. Just wanting to confirm that I am, in fact, still alive! I've been taking it easy, laying low, living offline, going off the grid... you get the gist. I've also been quietly doing some work behind the scenes! I know I've been saying this for ages, but for the first time in a very long time I've fallen hard for a design template and I'm excited to have taken it home with me. So that's what I've been doing in between naps and cooking and hanging out with family. Also, I've discovered today that my bedside table is actually the perfect surface for a flat lay (as above)! Only took me a few months. Lol. It's a coffee and face mask kind of day here and I'm making the most of the last few days of holiday. Talk to you soon xx
