WFW14 Day One

. Thursday 10 April 2014 .

I've got about an hour before the first show today, I am still in bed eating a pie, and I haven't even blogged about last night yet! So I just kind of did a big photodump.

Moochi opened Wellington Fashion Week last night and I must say, they've stayed true to their simplistic and clean style. I really enjoyed the short clip shown before the models walked the runway. Bonus points for the epic choice of music. It definitely added drama to the show!

Big shoutout to my seatmate, the lovely Angela Stone. It's always great to meet someone who you've know for 5 mins and immediately gel with. I'm looking forward to the amazing things that this lady is about to do!

Also had my bestie with me as my very fashun date for the night. How awesome is her coat and dress? We were both wearing vintage. This beaded dress is the most intricate and special dress I have ever worn (it's also very heavy) and I can hardly believe that I got it for such a price.

After the show, we ended up in my favourite Chinese place in Welly for some sweet&sour pork and fried rice. Actually the best way to end the night.
